Our pure beef sausage is a two way win - not only can you cook it in all the normal ways, Braai/BBQ/Pan Fry/Oven Grill, you can also dry the sausage and have amazing Droëwors!!
 
Keep your sausage frozen, and just take out the amount you want to dry.
 
The meat mixture is a 100% beef (silverside and beef fat) content, with no allergens in the spice mix and stuffed in a sheep’s casing. 
 
The pure beef content also makes it possible for those who do not eat pork, to enjoy delicious tasting sausage.
