In this way, you can have the sausage frozen and just take out the amount that you want to dry.
The meat mixture is a 100% beef (silverside and beef fat) content, with no allergens in the spice mix and stuffed in a sheep’s casing.
The pure beef content also makes it possible for those who do not eat pork, to enjoy delicious tasting sausage.
