All products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery. This service includes notification to you via Email/SMS notification on expected delivery times as well as the option to indicate a Safeplace for the delivery to be left.
It also includes cover up to a maximum of £150 should your parcel get lost.

The meat products, excluding Droëwors, are shipped frozen and vacuum packed with gel packs to ensure that the meat stays at the required safe temperatures.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Meat Products
Meat Products are only shipped to UK Mainland and Wales. Unfortunately we have not been able to find a mail/courier service that will guarantee 24 hour delivery to other destinations.
Baked Goods

We can ship Baked Goods to UK Mainland, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Please whatsapp or contact us via the website to enquire about shipping costs for destinations outside UK Mainland.

FULFILMENT
Meat Products
Orders for Meat Products received before 12h00 midday, Monday - Thursday, will be shipped on the same day.
​
Friday and weekend orders will ship on a Monday.
On a Bank Holiday, orders will ship on the Tuesday.
​
Droëwors will ship on the date indicated on the pre-order.
If Droëwors is ordered, together with other products, they will all ship together.
The same ruling applies for Meat and pre-Order Baked Goods - products will ship together when they are ready.

refunds & cancellation
Meat Products & Baked Goods
Due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns.
​
Meat Orders can be cancelled until 14h00 of the day of shipment.
​
Baked Goods Orders can be cancelled until notice of shipment date is sent by Fickle Foods.
A refund on a cancelled order will the paid amount minus 3%, which is the transaction fee charged by the switching company.
