Our Premium Boerewors, have no added fat and are very lightly spiced with a traditional recipe that we begged off a lady in Malmesbury, Western Cape. Tannie Martie used to make these sausages for the Church Fete (Kerkbasaar) and it was always sold out before the event even happened.
Please cook them lightly seeing that it is a very lean mixture. This sausage also contains no allergens or fillers, just good quality meat with a traditional spiced flavour.
