Our pure beef sausage is the base of our Droëwors.
The meat mixture is a 100% beef (silverside and beef fat) content, with no allergens in the spice mix and stuffed in a sheep’s casing.
The Droëwors is not dried too hard, that is for you to decide. Just leave it outside for another day or 2 if you prefer it much drier.

Not too dry and if you like your droëwors a bit more dry, follow the advice and leave it to dry out some more. Great taste. We loved it. Highly recommended.
