I received a request from my Etsy store for Buttermilk Rusks with Choc Chips. Never thought of Chocolate Chips in a rusk, but gave it a bash.
What a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The chocolate chips does not make it sweeter, you just get that hint of chocolate every now and then in a bite.
Our rusks are baked to golden perfection with a texture that allows you to either enjoy it on its own, or dipped and still enjoy a crunchy bite.
