The Boerie Chipolata is a pork sausage made with our inherited Boerewors spice recipe!

 

We made our first taster batch in November.  A tasting panel member immediately came back with ‘it could have been a quality chipolata’. And the name was born!

It was loved so much that none of the initial batch made it to our online shop. But now it will be a permanent product.

 

It is made from pure pork sirloin and a little bit of pork back fat. No fillers, no trimmings, just quality meat and our own blend of spices. None of the ingredients contains any allergens and the flavour is soft and gentle, no spicy chillies or paprika.

 

So if you like a soft Boerewors flavour in a pork sausage, this one is for you!

    We love these sausages... they are delicious, it doesn't matter how you cook them you cannot go wrong, air fryer... bbq... Always percectly cooked, the right amount of juice and not at all dry like some sausages can be. I would compare these to the best sausages you could get from your local butcher- but better!
