Our Boerewors - Sosatie / Cape Malay Sausage reminds you of biting on a mixture of Bobotie and a Samoosa in the shape of a sausage! This is the distinct flavour profile of the Cape Malay Sausage.
All the goodness of beef, pork, pork fat, malay curry spice and some dried apricots makes for an amazing flavour burst.
Please handle these sausages carefully as the spices do tend to soften the casing and you might have some bursting while cooking them on the fire. We BBQ them with a closed grid or turn them with a large spatula.
